Steampunk Railroad Event
Saturday, September 23rd from 6 p.m.- 11 p.m.
Departures are 5:45pm and 7:45pm out of Rockside station

The 765 steam engine is back in town! Join CVSR for the Steampunk Railroad event at our Fitzwater Train Yard! Take a short train ride from Rockside station to the train yard for an evening filled with live music, games and delicious food! There are two departure times this year: 5:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.

The event will last from 6-11 p.m. You will have the opportunity to leave the event prior to 11:00 p.m. by taking the shuttle train. The shuttle will take passengers back to the Rockside Station at 7:15 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m. and at 11:00 p.m. All guests will have the opportunity to photograph the steam engine and are encouraged to wear steam punk inspired clothing. Mud in Yer Eye will provide music and contra lessons from 7-10 p.m. Beverages will be available for additional purchase at the bar.

In partnership with the Flats East Bank, the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland is excited to announce the inaugural East Bank Bacon Festival, a festival celebration of bacon, beer, and live bands.

East Bank Bacon Festival will be open to the public as a free event on Saturday, October 7th from 12pm to 10pm alongside the Lake Erie Waterfront in the Flats East Bank.

The day will feature a bacon-infused menu catered by local restaurants and chefs, paired with everyone's favorite beers and live music.

This event will truly be bringing home the bacon for the Hunger Network, with 100% of proceeds from the event benefitting their mission to fight local huger in Cuyahoga County.

Climb aboard for a faBOOulous Halloween train ride! Join us for an afternoon on the train to listen to stories, sing songs, and enjoy a sweet treat! Here you will have the opportunity to receive autographs and take pictures with some special guests which include Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Warrior Woman and Patriotic Hero.

Everyone will be dressed in their Halloween best, you should be too! We can't wait to see you there in your Halloween party wear! Children are encouraged to dress up in costumes.

Climb aboard for the afternoon and relax as you listen to some of the Cuyahoga's many tales of local ghosts, crimes, grizzly deaths, and folklore. On board, you will hear stories of strange creature encounters, including alligators in the Cuyahoga, a Mothman encounter in Cuyahoga Falls, the Peninsula Python hysteria of 1944, and our very own local Bigfoot known as the "Grassman".

Beverages and snacks will be available for additional purchase in the concession car.
